RETURN POLICY:
Any product can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping fees and a 15% processing fee. The products must be returned in the original boxes with all support items. Any items missing will be charged to the customer. The Soft Touch Laser must be undamaged, clean and in working order. Nulase Australia will refund to the Customer within 60 days of receipt of the return. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the Customer. A processing fee is charged due to the fact that the Soft Touch Laser is a cosmetic device used on human skin and must be destroyed upon return from the customer and can not be resold.
